LHD – Awarding of the Medal of honour by Bw Sozialwerk e.V. (Army Social Service)

On 11th March, Mr. Latz, Key Account Manager for Public Authorities and Agencies (LHD), was pleased to accept the bronze medal of honour in the name of LHD. It was awarded as a symbol of thanks and appreciation for special services to the Bundeswehr Sozialwerk e.V. (BwSw).
Among the guests at the awarding ceremony were the former Minister of Defence Dr. Franz Josef Jung with his wife Mrs. Beate Jung, the patroness of BwSw.

LHD donates 20% of the selling price of every teddy bear sold to the project for problem children in German Army families, organised by BwSw. By the end of 2010, a total of EUR 306,900 had been donated.
